I’ve been coming to Suburban Auto for a few years and now and I’ve always been more than satisfied with their work. They’re friendly, communicative, and when I asked for work my car didn’t urgently need at the time have actually turned down opportunities for more money. I trust them and am happy to keep coming back.

My husband and I have been taking our cars here since we moved to the area 8 years ago. We have been very happy with the service we've received over the years. Appreciate how communicative they are about what they plan to do and what you need or don't need and why. Never felt that they've tried to provide a service I didnt actually need, to the contrary they tend to advice against certain fixes unless they are truly needed.

As all parents want, we strived to find the safest and most reliable vehicle for our daughter’s first car. Safety always comes first and a strong second is being able to fund this perfect vehicle. Our daughter had a few vehicles in mind when we talked. This left some wiggle room in our search. Well that is the hard part, the search. At a total loss of who to talk to or where to look we were referred to Suburban Auto. Many friends and family of ours use this amazing company not just to buy vehicles but to have them serviced and repaired including antique vehicles. This was our answer and our daughter’s dream come true. Chris and his team at suburban auto took the time to understand what we were looking for and even more time to find that perfect vehicle and in our price range. Chris ensured they went through it top to bottoms to include new tires and and multiple point inspection. The time, and attention to detail spent throughout this transaction was simply amazing. My daughter has her dream car and we know it is the safest vehicle out there. She is head over heels! She is now well over a year now driving her Toyota 4 runner with ZERO issues and the biggest smile on her face! This is all due to the compassionate team there at suburban auto taking the time to listen and ensuring safety is priority! I cannot thank Chris and his team enough. I made a point today as I watch my daughter drive off with a smile, to message Chris and thank him again after over a year to let him know how happy we are! I highly recommend Suburban Auto for any vehicle needs wether buying repairing or maintaining, this is the place to go!

I drove in without an appointment (but I did call 90 minutes ahead) for a diagnosis of an exhaust problem. They gave it an immediate look and listen and said that if I could leave the car they would squeeze it in that day. About an hour later, the car was fixed. It just needed some replacement bolts. No upcharges or overstating the magnitude of the problem. This experience won them a new customer for future business!
