Honest and direct, I'm grateful I took the recommendation to go with this shop. As a person with extra needs, I am completely acknowledged and respected. I was alerted to what was unnecessary and given the dignity of choice, to make decisions without being shamed or ignored. Great shop, knowledgeable mechanics, friendly staff. Been searching for a few years after my previous mechanic retired. Finally found this place. As its hard to come by a shop that has great diagnostic and repair skill set. Will definitely recommend to everyone.

My truck broke down and I brought it here. Everybody I talked to was very pleasant from the office to the technician working on my vehicle. The technician seemed very honest with the issue gave me an upfront ballpark and timeline for repair both were spot on.they fixed it quickly at a reasonable cost. Definitely would use again

I was facing a big repair bill from the dealer to replace a wiring harness. I did a little research and found that Surburban offers electrical repair and had great reviews. They were able to repair the wiring for an hour's labor, which saved me thousands. They were prompt and all-around, customer experience was great.

Diagnosed and repaired the problem with the A/C system. The system did not work all. I was not expecting the problem to be resolved the same day. Very efficient and great work.
